July 22: 210.1 , yes I hit the 210, just as I worried I would. Gotta reverse this trend!
July 29: 208.1 The loss of my beloved cat Reeces has caused this weight loss, not something full of strength that I have done. A very sad time in my life right now.

No no no no NO! You didn't miss anything. There's pretty much no way your scale is accurate enough that there's a real difference between 94.1 and 94.0. A tenth of a kilogram? That's like 20 sheets of paper. You met your goal for the month. Celebrate that! And then set your August goal.

Are you reporting scale weight or a trend? Because if it's just scale weight.... there's too much natural day-to-day variability to get upset about it. On the other hand, if you use this as your starting weight for the next month, you'll be more assured of even MORE success.
