MFP ANF GOOGLE FIT NOT SYNCING

I want to scream ! Firstly Fibit and MFP were not syncing. That now seems ok, but Google Fit is now not syncing. I have seen this was an issue back as far as 2016. I have tried clearing cache and forcing stops, but nothing is working. Very frustrating when I have been building a good workout routine and none of it recorded on MFP. Thinking of uninstalling MFP forever. Has anyone managed to sort this please ?

    This is the worst part about MFP. I've moved on to Lose It, where Google Fit sync works perfectly. Literally, no problems. Syncs immediately and flawlessly. So, it's a MFP problem. And until MFP fixes this issue, I'll continue to not use it. It's a deal breaker for me.

    I ran into this today...interestingly enough, when I turned off WIFI on my WearOS it kicked back into syncing.
