    So my macros on my computer and the macros on my app are not matching up...
    Do I assume the one on the computer is the correct one and the app is just messing up?

    Your account is what you see through computer (or phone) web browser.
    That's what you app should be talking to and getting info from, or sending info to - in case changes are made on the app first.

    So indeed a syncing issue.
