    I was planning to weigh myself again on Monday to see if there had been any more dropping, but my period is about to start so this will be my last weigh in. I'm glad I put out the effort and made this progress.

    I didn’t meet my goal, but I’m just happy to have completed the challenge 👍🏽 I still lost 4.8 pounds, which is great because I’m close to my goal weight. Any progress is good progress. Wishing everyone luck on your goals!
