does this sound right to you?

i know no one can give an exact answer i’m just looking for estimates as i don’t have a fitbit

but does doing 2 hours of exercise, mainly cardio (call on me workout and a kathy smith arobics workout) do you think it’s possible to burn 400 calories? or is that wayyyy to many calories burned??

i’m 5 foot 5 and 156lbs

    I’m 5’4” and 120 but 400 calories for 2 hours with your height and weight seems reasonably accurate

    I would give it a low call.

    At 5’1 and 102lbs that (200 cal) is my average hourly burn for that type of exercise, so 400 for 2 hr.

    If you are consistent with the type of exercise and frequency, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to stick to that number and monitor your numbers for 4-6 weeks. Adjust up or down as needed.

    400 is very unlikely to be an over estimate.

    Sounds low to me, very much doubt it's "wayyyy too many calories burned".

    540 cals per hour is my steady cycling pace but clearly a very different exercise.
