I’m a 42yo asian with 2 teenager kids (15&12). My weight has been 130lbs-132lbs since 3yrs ago. Now I’m counting calories, working out (beginner level, nike training club), but i swear, im not getting thinner. What to do????

The minimum you should be eating is 1200 calories a day.
Are you using a food scale?
Do you log everything that you eat?
Are you eating back your exercise calories?
Is your weight loss set at a weekly goal of .5 lbs?
How long have you been following your current diet/exercise plan?0 -
