    I'm in! Thank you, @GrandmaJackie!

    70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    We used to walk 5 miles a day. Recovered from back then hip surgery!! Got back to walking then I sprained my ankle. UGH! hurts!

    The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

    Height: 5’9”
    Age: 31
    Round Start: 136.7
    Round Goal: 135.0
    Final Goal: 130.0

    07/16 - 136.3
    07/17 - 135.7
    07/18 - 135.2 | Losing weight much quicker than I expected, maybe being too strict on calories? Feeling super tired pretty much all the time, but I also have a newborn child, so I was previously just chalking it up to that.
    07/19 - 134.7 | Even consumed a decent number of calories yesterday, still came down more than expected. Also not drinking a ton of water, so that might be part of it.
    07/20 - 136.2 | Yeah, I think the lack of water the last few days was a mirage. Gonna get back on track!
    07/21 - 134.7 | I guess yesterday was a weird blip. Back down to the weight from the day before. Made the famous low calorie protein powder cheesecake from the recipe section of these forums. While not particularly delicious, it is surprisingly filling for the calorie count (mine, with blueberries, is ~200 calories per serving). Eating that for breakfast around 8:00am has (so far) kept me from wanting a morning snack until lunch comes.
    07/22 - 134.3
    07/23 - 134.0 | Was terribly tired/starving yesterday afternoon, so I'm glad the scale threw me a tiny bone for my troubles. Actually not 100% sure my scale was properly calibrated when I started this thing, but I think it is now, so we'll see what kind of pace I'm on in the next round.
    07/24 - 134.0 | Forgot to weigh myself first thing in the morning, so not exactly an apples-to-apples comparison with the other days, but at least it didn't go up.
    07/25 - 132.9 | Seems too low, guessing it's just a blip, we'll see tomorrow. I'm consuming ~1,500 calories a day, and get less than 10k steps a day, so I really shouldn't be coming down this much. Then again I feel like my muscles barely work some days and I'm not exactly working out much, so maybe I should take it easier next round!

    Ready for round 120 {57th for me}
    OSW 88KG
    RSW 60.0 kg (-28kg) or {61.7 lbs}
    I reached my ultimate goal of 58kg in round 118 then totally sabotaged myself ending up the biggest I've been this year! Goal this round is to finish at 59.x kg

    07/16 59.95kg a slow steady down trend is what I want!
    07/17 59.90kg...Nice work out.
    07/18 60.10kg which is ok considering the size of the t-Bone I ate last night!
    07/19 60.55kg
    07/20 61.15kg...not surprising considering the calculator blew up when I tried to calculate the calories!
    07/21 60.1kg...a few days to get it under 60.
    07/22 60.0kg..I'll take it
    07/23 59.45kg after a great workout. 2 days to keep it off to reach target.
    07/24 59.45kg going to try for an OMAD day

    07/25 59.15kg...Nice end to the round

    Loss this round 0.85kg {1.9lbs} back in maintenance and goals met.

    @musicsax Somehow I missed your post from 7/24. Please know we continue to pray for a miracle for DGS#2. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    You didn't miss it on 7/24, I didn't actually post it on that day, but caught up the following one.
    Update is his condition continues to deteriorate :( , not yet at level where he is on the transplant list, but is very close, consultants are meeting with his parents this pm to explain what happens when he gets to the stage where he needs the gift of a new liver :# so it is not far away unless that much needed miracle materialises. I shall volunteer to be a living donor; I have researched this and know my age is against me, but I tick all the other boxes and hope that as I am extremely lucky to be particularly healthy and fit for my age will offset that number and that when they start testing me I am compatible - they prefer not to use parents of young children which rules out his parents. He really needs that miracle !!

    I, too, am praying for a miracle for you sweet grandson. I cannot imagine the pain you are all going through right now, so I am also praying for peace for you all. Miracles DO happen!
