    24.2 pounds to goal Finally scale moving again

    It's been a tough month, because I feel like I'm doing a lot of exercise and dieting but the scale has been moving downward only in fits and starts. It is still moving, though sometimes I have to wait a couple of weeks while it bounces around before it moves down again. I won't make the 160s by the end of this month, but I'm going to get there next month for sure.

    24.2 pounds to goal Finally scale moving again

    It's been a tough month, because I feel like I'm doing a lot of exercise and dieting but the scale has been moving downward only in fits and starts. It is still moving, though sometimes I have to wait a couple of weeks while it bounces around before it moves down again. I won't make the 160s by the end of this month, but I'm going to get there next month for sure.

    Hello October!! Hit another new low today of 192.9 down 2.6 last month in a difficult month. Too many days of not eating well and not being able to exercise. Got me a rowing machine, walking was causing lots of muscle pain, think was overdoing it. Trying to supersize salads at lunch and occasional dinner. Onward and lower!!

    I’m currently at 211.2 pounds, and my calorie limit is 1800 calories. I will edge down as I lose more weight, but it’s working for now. Thanks for asking… and I hope this helps you. 😁

    @cory17 I have MFP set up to lose 2 pounds a week, so they are set at 1200, plus most days I eat back 100-200 exercise calories. I walk the dog twice a day and usually get over 10,000 steps.

    Trying to rebuild good habits since I'm back to working on site :'( . Oh boy, did I enjoy staying home once adjusted.

    Started reading Beck diet solution - thinking like a thin person. It's about applying cognitive therapy to how you eat and think about food. I don't really think about food, it's more frequent impulses that I have a difficult time not listening to.

    Hello all! I'm going to be 50 next July and have been hovering between 209 and 205 lbs for the last 10 years. Looking to take it off once and for all and gain the strength and endurance I have been wanting for sooo long! I have recently taken up backpacking and started it off with the West Coast Trail so not afraid to work hard but no motivation what so ever. Hoping this community and my desire to be fit and healthy will get me going!
