I'm ready for Therapy but need your help

In the meantime there are a lot of books on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) that can help you while waiting to get services set up. I personally prefer DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) as an approach. It is a combination of CBT but with a lot more coping skills thrown in. I based an entire inpatient psychiatric hospital's programing using this model.

Not at all. On the contrary, I was stating that it is hard to be open and honest in therapy especially when in person. With your past with the catfishing it is easy to fall back into those old habits. I was encouraging you to continue being open even when it gets hard!5 -
I heard you on the new therapist part! I really like my therapist but she's retiring, so I have to get a new one. All the ones I called, won't take my insurance! This is really very frustrating.1
