    I am going to kick off August!

    August 2nd - Take a picture 📸 of yourself (You can OR not POST). Post though your goal for the month!

    My goal for the Month
    * Track and post all calories in MFP Diary / Weight Goal: Maintain my Current Weight

    My Daily Goals that I will post on our August Team Chat and results each day:

    1. Bible ✝️ Study - YouVersion App - The Bible
    2. LOG AND POST ALL CALORIES in MFP CONSUMED!
    3. TRACK WINE CONSUMPTION 🍷 - One Glass of wine ONLY - No EXTRA “EMPTY CALORIES”
    4. Workout Plan - ✅ - On target! 🎯 - Provide updates on our Fitness Thread
    5. Do something for Others (Thanks Dave @Djproulx)

    I will post my picture 📷 on August 2nd!

    This is so brilliant.

    My goals for this month:

    Lose 4-8lbs
    Work out 4 x per week (circuits, weights etc)
    Walk 7 x per week - minimum 5k steps
    Look after my foot (recovering from an injury that stopped me exercising for months)
    Stay within my MFP calories every day
    Log my calories and exercise every day

    01 August goals
    * Track what I eat (using journal and stickers o:) ), being as honest as I can! >:)
    * At least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day
    * Completed at least 10,000 steps
    * Increase water intake
    * At least 7 hours sleep each night

    End of month goal - lose 5lbs ;)

    I will take a photo of myself (which I may share at the end of the challenge!)

    My goals for this month, Aug
    Walk 2 miles every day
    Increase water, aiming for 64oz a day
    Work on quitting smoking, cutting back a little every day/week. I currently smoke 1 pack a day.
    Lose at least 5 lbs this month

    I'm wanting to better my overall health. I'm rapidly approaching 63 yrs young and want to get stronger physically and mentally!

    Goals for August
    - Track all Calories
    - Walk/Jog or Hike >3 miles daily
    - Drink at least 80 oz. water daily
    - 12,000 steps daily
    - NO BINGING!!!
    - Lose 8 lbs

    I'm so excited for this. I'm hoping I'll be able to do all the challenges (Pesky work)
    My goals for August:
    - (MAIN) Lose 4-8 lbs
    -Go to the gym at least 4 times a week
    - remember to keep track of the food I consume
    - Drink 6 bottles of water daily
    - Be able to consistantly meal plan

    I will post a before and after at the end of the month!

    Goals for August:
    1. Enjoy Yoga, Lift, and Hikes weekly
    2. Work up to 3 cups of veggies a day
    3. Eat a fruit daily
    4. Track daily
    5. Gradually eliminate dairy and gluten by month's end
