    Starting weight this month: 161.9
    Goal weight this month: 158.0

    May: -8.8lb
    June: -6.6lb
    July: -7.3lb

    02 August: 161.5
    03 August: 161.9 that's the weekend for ya!

    06 August: 162.5 ha ha! Riding that rollercoaster, look forward to coming down the other side...

    Goal weight this month: 202 (Staying below 205 has proven a challenge..)

    Goal weight this month 200 lbs.
    Goal weight overall is very much lower! Need to be a healthy weight and feel good about myself again.

    January put on 0.4 lbs
