    Valentina sauce. It's an import from Mexico so in my stores it's usually with the Mexico section and not on the hot sauce aisle. It has less vinegar flavor from most American brands, a bit of a citrus flavor, and a good heat. It's distinct and that's one reason to at least try it, if not to give it a permanent place on your shelf.
