    I think my ability to eat the same stuff over and over has helped a lot. As I said one time in a WW meeting on the topic of being bored with what we eat- I was never bored eating pizza 6X per week.

    I didn’t get bored eating gallons of 0 PT soup. Was it because later that evening I was having ice cream? I wasn’t bored eating grilled chicken salads for lunch nearly every day. Was it because on Saturday I had enough points to go to the Pita Inn for lunch? Boredom can be our friend.

    I am exactly the same. Never bored with a food I like and can (and probably have) eaten the same exact lunch or dinner for a month without altering a thing.

    Hmmm not sure what I think about this article.

    First, it's a whole lot of "don't" with no "do".

    Second, I agree totally that some of the supplements aren't good for us. I can't remember which one I took years ago, but I do remember that it got my heart beating really rapidly. As a result, I don't take anything to accelerate weight loss.

    And third, I have found restrictive diets to be extremely helpful short term. After a vacation where the sugar, fat, and snacks cravings are all reignited, I find it really helpful to do a week of lean protein, grains fruit and veg (mostly 0 pt WW foods on 💜). It eliminates the constant struggle with myself over which of the many things I want, I will allow myself. It's one big NO to anything not a 0 pt food. After a very long week, I'm ready to track and get on my WW program. I know it's a little extreme, but it works well for me.
