Ok, so I finally figured out how to upload photos. π
Attaching a bunch of pics of the home gym setup. With the exception of the rogue rack and bars, everything else was purchased used. The most expensive piece used was the lift fitness functional trainer. Some of it was even purchased AFTER covid although finding good deals has certainly been more challenging post covid.3 -
Monday I got 6 miles on the nose
Yesterday I got 5.46 miles.3 -

Thank you ... it took over 2 years to get everything at the prices we were willing to pay. Makes me feel even more guilty when I donβt use it. It was supposed to help REMOVE excuses!1 -
100 days of 2020 goals - this is a great idea!
1. Lose weight (I donβt care if itβs a lot or a little at this point, but the right direction would be nice)
2. Get pregnant (yeah, this one is more about luck than my determination)
3. Go through and purge all possessions
3.1. If the apartment is ready on schedule, move in and organize things nicely in the new home
4. Learn to do a frontflip/somersault2 -
@Dogmom1978 I love your gym! I thought I'd gone all out buying some foam flooring tiles and a step ππ
@boehle keep up the great work!
@Beka3695 thanks for the great last idea! Well done on keeping accountable, you're on fire! How are things with you this week? Hope the clear up is going well.
@Kittyinboots17 yeah!!!!
@hipari I hope you got out for your walk and enjoyed the better weather!
My last 100 days:
- stick to my home work out plan x 4 a week
- run at least once a week at the weekend
- log food consistently
- get back to 10k steps a day being my minimum
I hope everyone is doing okay, we've made it to hump day!

Yes to the 10k min steps! I hit it np if I use my gym or take the dogs out. One of the dogs has been sick though so I havenβt done nearly as much walking as usual and am seriously struggling with the 10k steps.1 -
100 days of 2020 goals
1) 15 pound loss (This will bring me to 149)
2) Yoga 3 times a week (I REALLY need this for my sanity)
3) Create one new dish weekly (Burned out with the same old menu)
Thanks for the inspiration! Great idea!2 -
Okay! Last 100 days of 2020. Letβs end this heckuva year with a bang!
Iβm going to list out some goals that I want to hit by the end of the year.
1. Reach 165 lbs
2. Wear those new jeans comfortably
3. Lower my body fat percentage
4. Do something Iβve never done before.... something that scares me a little.
I am also in
Get to 160
Weight session 3x wk
Yoga 2x wk
Steps 10,000 daily.
We can do this Good Luck to everyone. πππππππ

It's a small loss, but it's a loss.... 7 days if focus ahead.... let's see what that brings!3 -
@kilobykilo I did, thanks! Today I already got some walking and moving around at work. My office is moving next week and we visited the new location. It's just under a mile from our current office, so we walked both ways. There's already some furniture in the new office, so we moved the stuff to "correct" places.2

Amazingly enough yesterday I was at 131.2? How did I gain 1.2 pds in 1 day? I worked out 40 min., hiked 2 miles and did a 5 min hiit routine AND I watched what I ate and didn't over eat. π Really thought I was getting somewhere....Ugh.2 -

You didnβt gain a pound overnight...
I bet #7 applies. Your muscles are retaining water from the intense workout.
