Time it took to lose: Over years with ups/downs
How long in maintenance: at current weight ~3 years - Was on maintenance for 7 years at 125 lbs.
Maintenance weight range: 115 +/- 2 lbs.
Average weight recorded from 2018: Don't have the recorded number but stayed at goal.

Successes/struggles: After the smoke came the rains which meant no walks or working in the yard. This week is sunny, smoke free, and I have jury duty. Add to it, it was my husband's birthday. The party was on Zoom but my daughter-in-law still baked a cake for us and I HAD to have a piece. I am amazed that I am still at goal. Jury duty meant that I wasn't even able to do in the house utube exercise. : Next week....

Success/Struggles: So this is the first month I didn’t log and track every day on purpose. I took 7 days or so off in total for whatever reason (tired, out enjoying myself at a restaurant or two, whatever). Bounced up and down weight-wise but stayed within my range. I’m counting that as a success! As far as struggles, I think I’m having an issue with tennis elbow maybe? My arms are hurting right above and below my elbows. I thought it was just muscle soreness from working out but I took a full week off and nothing changed, might have gotten worse. Powered through a workout today. It doesn’t “hurt”, its just “sore”. So we’ll see how THAT goes. Might have to resort to just running for quite a while…

Struggle: Mom still not great, and now the dog has had her CCL surgery and needs constant one on one. Missed yoga 2 days in a row and forget walking for now. It's all about Lucy right now...
Success: I did manage to keep the eating under better control, added some a new yoga playlist for variety.

HEAVIEST weight: 175.4 in early 2013.

Success of the week: The air got better. I even saw a sunset. Shoulder is doing better.
Struggle of the week: Smoke and fog are back, especially in the morning and evening. Scale is toying with my psyche. Our county is back on the governor's "watch list" because of increases in COVID infections. More stress eating.
