Can’t connect myfitnesspal with my versa

Hi guys , I’ve been trying to link my myfitnesspal account with my Fitbit versa , I’ve tried the instructions on the app as well the website of myfitnesspal . Everytime I add it jus shows “ another myfitnesspal account has been linked to the device only one account can be linked at a time” and I’ve revoked access on the Fitbit dashboard and tried this all over again , still the same issue . someone please help me

    You can't fix that issue.

    You'll need to submit a ticket - click on Help web browser, I guess in the app too, and give the device ID as shown in your Fitbit account info.

    So either it's used - or you have another account - if you had a prior one mention that too with username if you got it.

    do you have more than just one myfitnesspal account? that happens when you don't "disconnect" from the app(fitbit) with myfitnesspal.
