    49 year old hoping to hit my personal goal weight by 50th birthday (11 months).

    I am so happy to have stumbled on this board. This is exactly what I need. Like minded people to help keep me accountable, 10 days at a time.

    Ultimately, I'd like to lose 11.2 pounds from what I weighed this morning (8/12/2020). I realize that there are only a few days left in this round, but I am too excited to wait so here I am.

    Round 122 (2 Days) -0.6 Total 0.6/11.2 (10.6 to go)
    Round 123 -1.4 Total 2.0/11.2 (9.2 to go)
    Round 124 -1.2 Total 3.2/11.0 ( 8.0 to go)
    Round 125 -1.2 Total 4.4/11.0 (6.8 to go)
    Round 126 -0.8 Total 5.2/11.0 (6.0 to go)

    70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... :D...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

    We used to walk 5 miles a day. Recovered from back surgery then hip surgery!! Got back to walking then I sprained my ankle. UGH! I was down for 6 weeks with the ankle...sigh...now the smoke from the fires is keeping us inside.

    The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.

    Heaviest: 192.2

    09/12 - 151.2 at 7:30 a.m. ...too much smoke.
    09/13 - 151.4 at 9:00 a.m.

    09/14 - 152.2 at 5:30 a.m. ...smoke but it's getting better. Might get to walk in the morning and workout w/trainer!!!
    09/15 - 153.0 at 5:30 a.m. ...nopey, nope...no walking, no workout.
    09/16 - 153.6 at 4:00 a.m. ...got 2.1 miles in 61 mins done and 50 mins w/my trainer!!
    09/17 - 152.4 at 5:30 a.m. ...nothing today.
    09/18 - 152.8 at 4:00 a.m. ...2.1 miles in 42 mins and 50 min workout w/trainer
    09/19 - 152.4 at 7:00 a.m. ...3.67 miles in 75 mins. ...clear skies...beautiful morning!
    09/20 - 153.4 at 7:00 a.m. ...3.11 miles in 66 mins this morning. Smoke rolling in.
    09/21 - 153.2 at 5:30 a.m. ...worked out w/trainer for 50 mins.
    09/22 - 152.8 at 4:00 a.m. ...2.25 miles in 45 mins. It was beautiful today!
    09/23 - 152.6 at 4:00 a.m. ...2.20 miles in 44 mins and 50 mins w/trainer.
