    When should we report our steps? Daily? Or weekly on our weigh-in day? My first weigh-in was last Sunday.

    If you go to page 1 of this post it provides some details but think you can post when you want and doesn't have to be just on your weigh-in day

    I tend to post my steps daily as it keeps me accountable

    Hard to get steps in when your working from home and working late, managed to get myself to do a little exercise in the evening

    Yesterday was nuts. I did my workout/walk in the morning. Then my girls wanted to go to the lake near us and ride bikes.just a 3.5 mile loop around. Fully expected a very leisurely slow ride around. We got all the way there and my bike tire at a flat. No way to inflate it. So I walked and ran around to keep up. I definitely feel the 12% incline treadmill workout from the AM walk. Then I went to work and wasn’t able to be a bump on a couch.

    It is up to you, you can post daily or post your weekly total. Our week runs from Sunday - Saturdays. We post final results on Monday.

    This week it would be from Sunday, September 27th - Saturday, October 3rd.
