October-December challenge

Hi everyone. Feel free to join in this 3 month challenge from October till end of December. We are just around the corner from Christmas/New Year and I want to drop as many lbs/inches as I can.

You can post your stats and goals and check in daily/weekly. Aim to stick within calories daily and exercise. Support each other and feel free to add me.

All the best xx

Hi @roz0810 , I'm joining as I will also need some extra motivation for the coming months. I was at my goal weight, starting maintenance but then Covid and a frozen shoulder got in the way, and I've gained a whopping 7kg. As I can't move as much as I'm used to, because of the injury and loads of other reasons (Covid, fall arriving early, you name it), I'll have to carefully watch my food intake.

    Let's crush this !

    Current weight: 76.6
    Goal weight 31/10: 74.0
    Goal weight 30/11: 72
    Goal weight 31/12: 69.xx

Have you seen the YouTube videos, walk 1 mile etc. They're really good and count as your steps.

Ok, this sounds great! I'm in. AFAIC, if I lose at all over this period I'll be happy, so I'll set a modest goal of 1 lb a week until the end of the year. I'd be over the moon if I accomplish this!

    Currently: 169 lbs/76.7 kg
    10/31 Goal: 164 lbs/74.3 kg
    11/30 Goal: 160 lbs/72.5 kg
    12/31 Goal: 156 lbs/70.8 kg

(I'm American but I was curious what the metric measurements would be so I put both in there.)

I also work from home, so I feel you. I have to take two pretty long walks a day to get my 10k, and if the weather sucks I'm often out of luck. I have tried pacing while on phone calls before. And doing housework tends to get me a lot of steps.

Hey! I probably won't be on daily but I'll try to be active in here as much as possible. It's nice to meet everyone!

    Current stats:
133lbs, 5'4", 1200 calories per day. I weigh myself weekly on Mondays and workout once a week on average.

    My goals:
    125lbs by December hopefully!
I'm going to try and increase my protein, I usually hit around 30-40g a day and I'd like to be closer to 50.
Stick to my workout routine!!! I'm constantly messing up, I'm supposed to do 3 workouts a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) but I usually only do Friday.
And last, hopefully get a short daily yoga routine in place.

Good evening all, my name is Clarika, I am from (currently) Norfolk, VA.
Female , mid 40's , pre-diabetic and recovering with auto immune disease.
    5'10" , CW 213
Goal to lose 1lb per week and I like the fact we don't have to weigh every day.
Just like @MaltedTea I have been in the 30 Plank challenge and aim to do twenty minutes of some kind of excersize each day 4/5 days pw. Sticking to my Carnivore plan and for end of December to reach 199 lb!

My Ultimate Goal is 180lb, so by March 2021. Going to be around for a while. :)

Welcome Clarika! I have a lot to lose so will be here a while too.
