Had to take some "mental health days" at the coast Tues-Wed so that I wouldn't be quite so glued to the drama on TV. We had a kitchen and brought our own food. Even though I went slightly off my diet, I was able to get in some long peaceful walks to work off the extra calories. Nothing like the ocean air to lift your spirits and clear your mind. No change this week, but that's ok. Back on the horse!
