10/6 - 142.1 - Getting back down to September's weight, working on it!
10/7 - 141.5 - I don't really want to count this first week as a weight loss, since I am still up (slightly) from September. Gaining weight and then losing that same weight is not weight loss to me. Onward : - )
10/8 - 139.6 - New low for me, yay!
10/9 - 141.3 - I am fine with this number. I hope to touch the 130s again this month : - )
10/10 - 142.3 - I had hoped for a lower number as I go into 3 days of a feeding frenzy of Canadian Thanksgiving. I am particularly fond of gravy and stuffing. I will still be working out.

I'm back on the bandwagon. It's going down now (My weight, that is!). I haven't weighed myself yet but I'm all in now as of this morning: counting calories.
Funnily enough, my motivation has been sparked from having now several people in town see me and comment about my weightloss. I'm not shy but I don't like attention drawn to just me, particularly in public. But the comments were surprisingly pleasant and humbling over the past couple weeks. Which is funny to me, because I lost 50# in 2019. BUT in 2020 I've fluctuated with an additional 17lbs up and down, but still kept off that initial 50lbs. I need to remember that that's significant. I was really down on myself for being so undisciplined this year. But I've lost 50lbs! That was a difficult thing to do and I don't want to gain it back.
We buy dog food in 50lbs bags and it's so heavy. I can't really quite grasp that that weight was on my frame every day. It must have been so hard on my heart, lungs, and joints. I remember more difficult deep breathing, lying on my back, walking, steps, etc. Those areas are healthier now. I need to keep it that way.
I still have a lot to go, and some of it will come off in December. Probably only 4-8lbs but it will be something.
December 7th is my launchpad for a 2021 50lbs weightloss goal.
Three weeks to go, nine pounds to lose. Chances are slim but let's not give up now. To be frank, getting to 140 will be a major victory over my own weaknesses. But I am determined to try to get to that goal weight.

I lost much less that I wished I had but at least I did lose something. Usually I gain weight in December so it is an achievement. Unfortunately, it is clear at this point I will not meet my challenge goal by the end of 2020. On the brighter side - I will finish the year much lighter that I was starting it!

I am going to continue beyond December 31 because we are doing "Biggest Loser" contest at work and it ends on January 27. Plus, I still have 20+ pounds to lose anyway... So whether reporting in here or not, my journey will continue...
I am in another challenge that goes till 1/31/21. It is the 3 Month weight loss challenge. I also am in the Fat to Fit and it is a monthly challenge. I have a little over 30 lbs to go, to goal weight. Maybe a bit more. I will decide when I get closer. Good luck to you

10/4 - 143.5 - I normally fluctuate like crazy, so this staying at the same weight for 3 days is new to me.
10/5 - 143.1 - Good to see a slight drop. I was 141.0 in September, so trying to get back to that...and beyond.
10/6 - 142.1 - Getting back down to September's weight, working on it!
10/7 - 141.5 - I don't really want to count this first week as a weight loss, since I am still up (slightly) from September. Gaining weight and then losing that same weight is not weight loss to me. Onward : - )
10/8 - 139.6 - New low for me, yay!
10/9 - 141.3 - I am fine with this number. I hope to touch the 130s again this month : - )
10/10 - 142.3 - I had hoped for a lower number as I go into 3 days of a feeding frenzy of Canadian Thanksgiving. I am particularly fond of gravy and stuffing. I will still be working out.
10/11 - 142.6 - No big gain yet from seasonal foods
10/12 - 143.0 - One more thanksgiving meal tonight

I lost much less that I wished I had but at least I did lose something. Usually I gain weight in December so it is an achievement. Unfortunately, it is clear at this point I will not meet my challenge goal by the end of 2020. On the brighter side - I will finish the year much lighter that I was starting it!
