    Hey all, hope you're well. How's everyone doing? Here hubby had his birthday and I did go off plan for a few days! Scales are definitely showing it so not logging my weight for a few days for it to settle 😂

    Hi Everyone. All good here, only insomnia kicked in like crazy... Hope everyone is doing well. I know if I don't get good sleep, my weigh ins are carp. Oh well, we will see what the scale says on Thurs. Right now, I'm not going to worry about it, cause that won't help :p !!

    10/10: 279.2 - this was the day before our Thanksgiving. The days following this weigh-in were not kind...

    Goal weight 10/31: 277
    Goal weight 11/30: 269
    Goal weight 12/31: 261

    MFP has given me a high calorie allmont nearly 2,000 calories a day. I can't not eat that amount and lose weight. I've been trying to do this amount, but it's to high and I'm not losing, mostly staying put.

    Today, I'm going to start with a calorie amount of 1,500 and see how I do at this amount. Eat this amount or under, and continue to eat healthy as I can, and drink as much water as I able.

    Starting today, I'm going to include some exercise and walking back into my daily routine. Because of my knees I'll as much as I can safely do without causing my knees to hurt.

    Currently I'm at 325, If I can get to under 300 by end of December to start, that'd be great. But I'd be thrilled with 1 pound a week. 🤷🏻‍♀️😊

    A little late, but I need the motivation and accountability. Lost 60, but gained back 30 during this covid crisis. Blew my knee out recently, need to get down to 250 for knee replacement surgery. Will have to lose weight mainly on diet since exercising will be very limited to upper body workout.

    Start Weight 1 Oct - 286.2
    Weight Goal 8 Jan - 250

    10/09 - 282.6
