Thought you all might like this. I'm feeling a little snacky today, and it is not quite time for dinner. :p

@Bluetail6 i like all your infographics

I wonder if you know where I can locate info for snacking because I'm tired and wanting to gain energy for the gazillion things I need to do (6 cups of coffee is still not helping)

So, shortly after I joined this challenge I got COVID-19 and had to self-isolate for 10 days and then quarantine for an additional 4 days. I picked it up either at the gym, church, or by touching something that had COVID-19 on it. I was always wearing my mask even at home and I still got it. I feel sad. During self-isolation and quarantine I put on some weight, so now here are my results:

I love your attitude, its not a sprint - its a marathon. You only lose if you quit! Keep going. ;)

Hi All, I’d love to join this challenge. I’ve been using MFP for 2 weeks now. Finally decided eating and drinking with reckless abandon was not the way to go. Starting weight 278.8, today 270. My goal is to lose 1 pound a week and walk at least 6 days a week. With the cooler weather and holidays coming up, this is a great way to help to stay on track.

    Whoop, whoop! I’m excited!

    Nov 1 - 270.0
Nov 8 - 270.2 (Not the results I was hoping for but I did walk 6 days this week) Onward!
    Nov 15 - 268.8. That’s better
Nov 22 - 267.8. I feel good going into Thanksgiving holiday. I plan to enjoy meal with my family. Try everything but not crazy excessive, then back to calorie limitation the next day. Happy Holdays All!
