Currently sitting at 209.4, was 207.8 two days ago, but had some hormones, emotional sodium loading, and some big stress in the past few days. Expecting to see 207 again soon. So close to my Dec 31 goal. Trying to stay consistent so I can hit it without killing myself and remembering that it's not ONLY about the scale weight, it's about my consistency and making healthier choices day in and day out, the majority of the time.
