I'm very happy I've lost a bit this week as I had a couple of wobbly days mid-week, but think I made up for it the past two days with some hard work at the gym.
As it's Saturday, I've just made myself and fiance banana pancakes - hopefully I haven't undone the good! (They were super delicious though, and a healthy-ish oat recipe rather than flour)
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend - any nice plans? We are off to Canterbury next week for a few days, which is an ancient cathedral city in South East England. We were originally planning on Scotland but they are currently under lockdown so we had to change. I think it will do us both good to have a little break but I am hoping I don't wreck my progress!6 -

Good morning all. I'm still not logging but trying to watch what I eat - fell back one day into eating like I might have last year and being more aware now, I can see how it all caught up to me over the years. I've been focusing on my fitbit and watching heart rate and seeing my evening walks and how the heart rate fluctuates. I found a cool feature I hadn't ever tapped to before. Tap your calories from the main page, then tap the calories that come up for the day, a monochrome chart comes up that shows your day - tap that yet again and a color chart comes up and you can tap on individual bars that represent 15 minute increments and tells you how many calories were lost in that 15 minutes. Pretty cool and I was trying to see how much my 2 hour woodland march burned yesterday.
Off to try to finish up 3 garden clients now - mostly cut back at this point. Have a great day, hope the sun is shining in your part of the world.6 -

Prepare for next week's fabulous BIG dance - you will hit onederland, I know you will! You are so close (200.6 lbs) and since our celebrations are in pounds, next week will be your week. You will wear the most gaudy tiara and we will all dance with you!
Have a great time in Canterbury - it is almost as dramatic as Scotland4 -

I'm losing weight verrry slowly right now. Probably won't see another real drop until the next shark week. But I'm still visibly shrinking so I'll be OK.
Today I'm a little messed up, plus we had a massive snowstorm yesterday, so I took a lazy day. Tomorrow will be better.6 -
SO many people are having trouble getting on to the mfp community ====== I will probably delay the tallies on Sunday morning. Weigh in as soon as you can! Thanks

I had trouble getting on the community page until after 10pm Sunday. Tried randomly since Saturday night. Hopefully it's sorted out!1 -

Heehee, thank you, I'm prepping my glitter and sequins now!6 -
As we have a fair few walkers on here I thought I'd share this nice autumnal pic from our walk in a deer park yesterday. We also saw deer very close up which was wonderful! Good exercise too as we got onto some hilly terrain and I definitely got out of breath.

We have been having record breaking heat. We have been in the 80s. Ow, we are supposed to get snow Mon-Wed, which would be crazy early for us.1

Happy Sunday!
I am not doing the tallies right away, so there is a chance our last 4 people can weigh in or let me know if they are taking the week off - thanks!

This is is were I like to run. I know it doesn't look like much but it's hard to convey in a photo. It's a small nature reserve near where I live and the sounds of wildlife are amazing. I'm not a music girl, I much prefer to just listen to nature and zone out a bit...
I'm dreading the winter as the ground will get very boggy...10 -

I had difficulty logging in yesterday 😕4 -
@Pearl4686 That looks beautiful
Zoning out to nature sounds great. Autumn is my favourite time of year!

It's so GREEN!!! We have no leaves now, but that means we can see the lake that is down below us. All winter we get the lake view, so even though it isn't green (except for the conifers), it gives us a sense of space. Your path looks like a wonderful place to walk. And sounds of nature are the best music around3
