    Hi ! I am new here myself. It has been quite a year so far and the Covid diet has had me climbing up the scales for months as if I wasn't heavy enough before. I lost almost 2" in height due to osteoporosis and the weight gain so now I'm looking like a real Butterball at 5'1" .
