Hello, As I write this I've been tracking my food and exercise for 1020 days straight on this app. I have lost about 30 pounds, gained it back, and been tracking it the whole time. I hate the idea of not tracking my food intake now, but I want to start using it to produce some positive results. Maybe I can help others grow their tracking streak and maybe others can help me tweak habits to se results. Or at least make a couple new friends on the app I enjoy so much.
