I have a Garmin with Connect app and it show connected to MFP but not visa-versa. So frustrated. I can't even remove the checkmark in the MFP app that shows 'don't track steps'. I've tried everything. Has anyone had this problem?
Hi there! This means Garmin isn't connected properly so you can't select it as a step source yet.
