I am a 73 year old MALE and I am getting non stop adds for womans clothing and underwear... not very good alograthyms you are using there folks.......in fact its quite disturbing, if you have that so wrong it calls the entire platform into question for me to be honest.

    I will say it again,
    I am MALE, I fish and other stuff, and I do not browse Ladies apparel. MFP sells space on its site, so they should get it sorted and manage the advertising at least intelligently, if not appropriately. My guess is that it is a DELIBERATE strategy to get folks onto premium...wont work on me and its wasting the opportunity to hook me on something that DOES appeal.... :D

    Have you by any chance been browsing the "Chit Chat" or "Fun and Games" forums here? With all the sexy talk over there, I can see how Google ads could be confused.

    ....or, no offense, but could you have been browsing porn or something like that? The ads target your browsing history using keywords.

    MFP doesn't choose the ads. Why would MFP care, even if they could stop the ads you personally get?

    I mean, I hate SUVs and am not in the market for a new vehicle, yet am getting an ad for one right now. I don't assume MFP is targeting me.

    I'm getting Medicare ads right now. Instead of getting mad that the ad analytics are aging me up by a few years, I just ignore them.

    I've never understood why people feel entitled to relevant and interesting ads. They're just a minor annoyance and distraction. I think it would be worse if I saw ads for stuff I WANTED and was in the market for every time I logged it because frankly, I want to use my MFP time to focus on MFP, not seeing stuff I want to buy.
