Can't post as I'm on the Fast800 diet. Seems a little unfair?

MFP considers 1200 calories to be the minimum intake for women to ensure adequate nutrition.
And personally, I don't find starving yourself is a very healthy sustainable strategy either.

You can still use your FOOD diary. Just don't click on "Complete this entry."

The only thing that click does is give you that little warning about under-eating, and gives that "In 5ive weeks you'll weight XXX," which is just a little gimmicky thing that doesn't even make correct predictions . It doesn't affect anything else like ongoing reports. It still saves your data.

..and I agree with @Lietchi. Unless you are doing this under the direct supervision of a team of specialists in bariatric patients, be very careful. 800 calories makes it virtually impossible for anyone who is not in bed all day to get anywhere near healthy nutrition.

I thought it was a 5:2 plan, and apparently it is after the induction phase. Sounds really dangerous.
