If in goals I say that I am lightly active but the vast majority of my activity is being logged via recording exercise or tracking steps, am I double-counting calories burned? Should I set my activity to no activity? Thanks!

If you have a tracker synced, the activity level you chose doesn't matter:
- for non-exercise activity, your tracker will send data to MFP and your calorie goal will be lowered when you are less active than the activity level you chose (if you have negative calorie adjustments switched on), or your goal will be increased if you are more active than the activity level you chose.
- exercise is a separate thing (not included in your activity level), but if your tracker tracks your exercise and transmits the info to MFP, you shouldn't log exercise manually or you will be double counting0 -
Ok, thanks!0
