I'm 44... aside from a loss of hair where I want it and an increase in hair where I don't (which is not a new issue for me), I haven't noticed much that is specific to my aging. Most of what I blame on me being old is really me just not taking care of my body. I am probably the heaviest I've ever been, and the most unfit... so "feeling old" is more tied to poor mobility, strength imbalances, etc.

Now, my attitude/demeanor... that's ALL old man get off my yard back in my day.
