    Weight lost this week:

    Scale is doing some weird stuff, giving me pretty high readings but at night its been considerably lower than my morning weight even after eating all day!

    Hello everyone I have been using MFP many years now, in and out. This is my first time checking the community and I want to give this challenge a try.

    December 21: 120 - I've officially reached my goal, and have lost 110lbs. It feels like a dream. I love the way I look and feel at this weight, and may or may not lose a little bit more just to give myself a little cushion. Plus, I'm not ready to move into "maintenance" just yet. Will continue my current plan for now. Loving life!!!
    December 28: 120 - no loss this week, but I'll take it as a win coming off the holidays!
