Hey everyone! I recently considered weight loss surgery but after meeting with the nutritionist and other factors, have put that plan on hold. I'm a teacher and mother of 3. I really need support/accountability so hoping this will help me reach my goals.

    Take it 1 day at a time, you can do this!!!
