    1. Track consistently.
    2. Exercise at least 4 days a week.
    3. Drink 3-4 20oz water bottles a day.
    4. Sleep 8 hours a day.
    5. Less sugar. Find sugar/craving alternatives.
    6. Goal to lose 40lbs in 8 months.
