Post your weigh in and weekly totals for habits here.

For example,

Weight: 168.2
Habit Total: 28/35

For the first Wednesday (1/20), we will only have weigh ins. For the second Wednesday (1/27), you'll post both.

Ugh - I've been hanging around 168 for several days but today

    It's water retention time. :)

ugh... 159. I'm up and frustrated. I'd like to blame it all on the sodium in yesterday's salsa and teriyaki sauce but it's not. Thank you for this forum and having a place to be accountable.

Ok here's a template for the weigh-ins. I made up a weight for me for next Wednesday just to see how it looks.

Looks like it's % of previous bodyweight lost (I think)

171 on Saturday... usually only weigh once a week (I get way too obsessive when I weigh daily). Love the chart!

Finally, finding my way back on track after taking a break over the holidays and then a "scale delay" once I started back eating at a deficit. Thank goodness!

    176.4 today (down 3.6 - 2%) 99.2 pounds lost total

25 of 35 habits met (71%) Glad that I have some room to improve here :)

Nice work! Amazing how those few pounds feel like 50 off your shoulders when you start feeling discouraged.

It is no fun when the scale doesn't budge. You can do this though

Thank goodness for PERSISTENCE! I'm finding the daily habit tracking system that Sherry set up here to be really helpful. It has stimulated a lot of thinking.

    And you in the 160s!

    I know I'm going to experience a bump up...there always is...but I hope I'm down enough that I never see 180 again!

Thank you for forming this group. It came about at a perfect time for me - and I guess anyone else approaching maintenance. Time to reevaluate and break ground into some new habit territory.
