I'm in. Want to lose 6 pounds in 6 weeks! Gotta get this COVID weight off! I will post next Sunday my results. I do really good during the week and then blow it on the weekends. Every weekend do this. Ugh!!!!
I started a 42 day challenge on Jan 31st. Rather than wait til Monday or start on the 1st, I thought I’d just get going. Never did understand the ‘start on Monday’ thing lol.
My goal was 6lbs and I hit that target yesterday. I’d like another 7lbs and that takes me back to my body weight in May (and deals with most of the covid weight gain 🤦♀️). It’s prob not achievable in the days I have left but I’m going after it anyway.
That's great...... so decided to weigh myself today after a week without a phone or WiFi.. and I'm down 2kg since 5th Feb. So I'm happy with that just slow n steady .
