I've set myself to 1450 Cal's a day.
If I burn calories am I allowed to eat more. As long as the number doesn't go into -? Or do I have to stick to 1,450? Even if I burn calories throught the day?

MFP is set up so you eat your exercise calories back. Many people find that the numbers given here are too high, so they only eat a portion of them - 50% or so. Others are fine with the numbers and eat 100%. It takes some time to see whether you lose as expected eating 50% or 100% of your exercise calories.

That would depend on how you came up with 1450 cals that you set yourself.
