Don’t forget to order your book for our March bookclub!!!

Preface from Brene Brown sample -

Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.

How much we know and understand ourselves is critically important, but there is something that is even more essential to living a Wholehearted life: loving ourselves.

Please note this is completely voluntary! Please head over to our Book Club thread if you want to participate:

Thank you for adding me! The main goal I have is to break through this ongoing plateau, and get to a healthy weight.

My Daily Goals for this week:
    Track all food.
Walk walk walk, and log all steps.
Read a little each day for the "book for the month".

Is it too late to still join a team?

I’m not a new member but I’m back from a hiatus. I had a lot of things going on that knocked me down and instead of fighting back I fell into defeat. I am back and I’m ready to take control of my mental, physical, and emotional health. My weight loss goal for now is 12 lbs but I’d like to be healthier overall.

My daily goals for this week are:

    - take my vitamins
    - drink at least 64 oz of water
    - Complete my skin care routine 2x a day
    - Do at least three constructive things a day

    Goals this week:

    1. 10k steps/day
    2. Under carb goal
    3. c25k run twice/week
    4. Weight lifting 3 days/week.
    5. Yoga 4 days/week
    6. Power-walking 4 days/ week.
    7. Planks 5 days/week

For a very long time, one of my goals has been to RUN a 5k. And this is my year! My 60th birthday is coming up the first week of May. So I've devised a "training plan" to help me to expand on my "jogging" in order to prepare to be able to RUN (jog) the whole thing.

I can't believe march starts tomorrow! My goals for the next 2 weeks are to continue with my lifting twice/wk before spring break (3rd week). I'll probably do Sydney Cummings at home during the break. I will also be posting my weigh-ins daily. My weight is creeping up close to the top level of maintenance. I have been eating way too many chips, chocolate, and goldfish, lol. I prepped lots of veggies for my lunches this week and will probably eat big hamburger or chicken salads for dinner. I also prepped another jar of sauerkraut, but that takes a week to ferment.
    Go warriors!!!

Hi Everyone! I'm so excited to be here! Thanks for letting me join.

    My Overall health goals
    1) Get my relationship with food under control. I love food but during the pandemic I've done a horrible job eating well.
    2) Limit drinking. Not gonna lie. I love a good cocktail. So, I've limited drinking to one cocktail on Friday and Saturdays. It's been two weeks and I've felt so much better.
    3) Move everyday. I've started Crossfit so I'm doing that 3 times a week. Filling it with the rest is also great!
    4) Feel good in my own skin. Just know that I'm worth this effort and work toward it.

Finally, most importantly, I'm a mother of two daughters (5 and 8). My husband is super active and healthy. I want them to see their mother as soon one who has a healthy relationship with food who is also active and taking care of myself so I can better take care of them.

Thanks again for letting me join!
