    Is it too late to still join a team?

    I’m not a new member but I’m back from a hiatus. I had a lot of things going on that knocked me down and instead of fighting back I fell into defeat. I am back and I’m ready to take control of my mental, physical, and emotional health. My weight loss goal for now is 10 lbs, having Saturday as my weigh in

    Okay friends! I have never EVER cooked so many meals at home. I HAVE run out of ideas of healthy options. We have been eating the same meals for a bit now.
