(for whatever reason, my motivational picture won't upload). But this saying really speaks to me. I'll be 60 this year - and although I have knee issues and more aches and pains than a lot of the younger whipper snappers in the group, I CAN STILL DO THIS! Because it's not about being perfect - or about comparing myself to anyone else! It's about ME putting in the EFFORT for MY BODY! It's about pushing myself to MY limit and then just a little more! Every.Single.Day.
My Goals this week :
1. 10k steps/day β
2. Under carb goal β
3. c25k run twice/week
4. Weight lifting 3 times/week β
5. Yoga 4 times/week β
6. Power-walking 4 times/ week
7. Planks 5 times/week β

1: Motivational Monday
I constantly remind myself of this when the workout seems βtoo hardβ. There are definitely days to take it easy but there also needs to be days to step it up!
2: Transformation Tuesday
Finished my bike and core workout then did this βextraβ strength for runners class and then bookmarked it so I can come back to it. Some great hip exercises on here!

I will not allow negative self-talk to myself in March! I know the OLD ME and I choose to CONTINUE to be a HEALTHY new ME!! I deserve it!!
