Last week: nightly self care 5/7, spiritual plan 7/7,workout 5/7, IF 5/4, listen while praying 7/7, watch portion size 6/6.

My Overall health goals
1) Get my relationship with food under control. I love food but during the pandemic I've done a horrible job eating well.
2) Limit drinking. Not gonna lie. I love a good cocktail. So, I've limited drinking to one cocktail on Friday and Saturdays. It's been two weeks and I've felt so much better.
3) Move everyday. I've started Crossfit so I'm doing that 3 times a week. Filling it with the rest is also great!
4) Feel good in my own skin. Just know that I'm worth this effort and work toward it.
Finally, most importantly, I'm a mother of two daughters (5 and 8). My husband is super active and healthy. I want them to see their mother as soon one who has a healthy relationship with food who is also active and taking care of myself so I can better take care of them.

My Goals this week:
1. 10k steps/day β β
2. Under carb goal ββ (I did a Daniel fast today, so all my carbs were from veggies/fruit!)
3. c25k run twice/week
4. Weight lifting 3 times/week β β
5. Yoga 4 times/week β β
6. Power-walking 4 times/ week β
7. Planks 5 times/week β
My "extra" workout today was that I went over to my friends house to visit her and cut her hair.... and she asked me to go walking with her. She has MS so she walks much slower than I do, but it was nice to get outside and walk with her for about 30 mins. (approx 2.5mph - but I got in more steps so I was happy!)
When I got home, I did my 3.5mph power walking on the treadmill, yoga, weight lifting (arms), and dancing to the oldies!1 -

March Goals βοΈ
1. Intermittent Fasting 14-16 hours
2. Get Stronger πͺ : going to try one of the peloton instructors strength challenge which is 5 20 minute strength classes/week. Monday was upper body and my arms are screaming at me!
3. No sugar : told my mother in law Iβd give it up for Lent with her
4. Eat a more plant based diet πͺ΄
5. Lay off the nut butters a bit. Seriously gone overboard too many times.
6. Track everything!

We are so happy you are here! Great job on limiting alcohol!! I had to do the same thing and it has really helped me achieve my goals. You are definitely worth the effort!
