    Motivational Monday: I've been looking at what I am eating. I am now aiming to eat the right things rather than depriving myself, which makes meal planning less of a chore.

    Transform Tuesday: Extra (online) class - Totally Shredded - never been so hot or sweaty in my life. It was great though and the time went really quickly.

    Wacky Wednesday (OK, this went out today as it's for World book day). This is my contribution for the "Masked Reader" competition at school. I will spare you the video clip with my disguised voice!! Yes, that is me, with a wig - I hasten to add! πŸ˜‚

    Thirsty Thursday: I actually don't mind water on it's own, I just forget to drink it! However, I am now looking for some cacao tea (the one I found in the cupboard at home is unavailable online!). Any recommendations for cacao tea - in the UK?

    Flex Friday: Whilst it may not be a fancy fitness tracker, I love the fact that my misfit ray keeps a track of what I am doing, is waterproof and the batteries last for 6 months. This will help to keep me active during the weekend.

    I put lemon eo in my first water in the morning. (I have 16oz of water immediately when I get up!) And then I have extra vit C powder to put in one of my afternoon waters. 😊 And when I go into the office for work, they have water in aluminum cans (instead of plastic bottles- I love it!) with electrolytes! hrxy94qj6cuc.jpg

    I normally drink plain water. No ice even, I don’t like it too cold! But sometimes if I’m doing a hard workout before I eat in the morning I’ll put a Nuun tablet in my water bottle.

    I also love your motivational quote! These last couple months I have been trying to clean up my diet and feel like I am eating more or at least as much as usual but I feel so much better!
