I only drink maybe 4 different things, plain water, diet pepsi, Jack Daniels mixed with Diet Pepsi, and occasionally.....a margarita.
Not my picture below but I have been known to drink a Jack and diet pespi coctail while watching the sun set!

I hate all the β but I've just run out of steam today. I had to work both jobs today, and by the time I got home, I just have no energy left. I'm certain that it's because I didn't sleep well last night - which is not normal for me. So I'm beat and am going to bed early tonight. I did stay UNDER my calorie goal today tho! And tomorrow is another day!0 -

I drink my water plain out of the tap 99% of the time. When we go out to eat at a restaurant I asked for lemon but I don't purchase lemon at home.
I am excited for tomorrow! I am going snowshoeing for the first time. I'm sure it will be a great workout.

SHOOTING STARS!!!
Thirsty Thursday: I love a large black tea first thing in the morning! I don't care for green tea but it is so healthful that I have begun mixing black & green tea leaves in a tin so that I have half & half each morning! It tastes the same & I'm getting the green tea benefits.
Flex Friday: I will stay strong this weekend by strength training with dumbbells. I am enjoying Beach Body on Demand's "Liift 4". I can really see the difference it has made. I used to do my own routines (which I thought were effective) but stopped going to the gym due to Covid risk & am pleasantly surprised by this wonderful program! It is more effective than what I WAS doing.
