OYO Personal Gym or Nova Gym

I have purchased the Nova Gym from OYO Fitness and I really like it. What I am trying to figure out is how best to record the exercises in my exercise tracker. Looking to see if anyone else has any thoughts on this?

    Calisthenics or strength training or circuits, if using the MFP database, depending on what you're doing and how you're pacing it.

    Reps/sets format with rest between sets is more like strength training (calorie wise), fast paced and continuous is more like circuits. Whether the moves are more like calisthenics or more like resistance training is your call.

    This isn't a case where a heart rate monitor is likely to be very accurate.
