Here is a breakdown of premium features: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/premium

It doesn't appear that a "weekly calorie left" feature is on there.

If you use the app (i.e., phone or tablet, not web) you can see a weekly view of calories, including average daily calories, which is a close equivalent.

Click on Nutrition in the main menu, click Calories (near the top), if it says Day View on the resulting display, click the down-arrow by that, then click Week.

On the resulting page you can click "Total" (gross calories you ate) or "Net" (takes logged or tracker-synched exercise into account), your call on that. Either way, it will tell you the total calories under your weekly goal, plus daily average calories. (Each of those will be total or Net depending on which you picked.)

AFAIK, that's available in either free or premium MFP. I have premium, but I believe the instructions above are similar for either. I have the Android version of the app, but I believe the instructions above should be similar for Apple.

The weekly view is available for free too; I use it regularly.
