Good day everyone.

Pleass join me for the next 12 weeks in checking in daily / weekly with weigh ins, progress and goals etc. I will be weighing in daily but here is a weekly calendar. You can adjust the dates to your weigh in day.

    I like to keep mine simple for me.
    -Walk 30 minutes per day
    - Log all foods
    - Stay within calories limit
