    I'm so determined to get to my goal.

    2019 was a traumatic year for me with two bereavements.

    Lockdown has been a gift for me as I was able to go into hermit mode and not face the world. After a year in which I put back on the weight I'd lost and more, I decided I had to begin to take care of myself and this is the start. I've already lost the weight I'd regained and more.

    Few days late! Oh well, better late then never right? I'm mostly working on building muscle now so I don't plan on losing a whole bunch of weight, maybe five pounds or so. I think I'll try posting body measurements at the end of each four week block for a more accurate idea of my progress.
