Hi, y'all! I am planning on slow and steady and have told myself that I will be happy with .5-1lb loss per week. But in my heart, I hope to average 1-1.5lb per week by end:-). We will see. Good morning all. My weigh in day today but I also had TOM so I was very nervous but omg. 3.4lbs loss this week. I've simply been under my calories goal everyday and drinking lots of water.

I’ve been doing lots of waking and getting in over 10,000 steps at least 5 days a week. It is supposed to rain for the next five days though and we are now in a lockdown so I don’t think I will reach that this coming week. At least the weather is warmer and I can enjoy that aspect of it. Silver linings and all. Anyway, best of health to you all and good luck with your goals!
