    Goal for this week: track. Move more during the day. I walk trails for an hour every day but working long hours from home has made me way too sedentary during the day - I need to move during the day. The walking to the parking lot, the coffee machine, bathroom, printer, meeting room - those steps really had made a difference before. Not only that the extended sitting has really taken a toll on my posture - so track and move

    Thats a bit better. It's hard to tell if I'm gaining muscle or if my body really isn't doing anything at the moment. I guess we'll see next week when I do proper measurements
